2. Can I get printed documentation for iDecide?

Yes, a printed User's Guide is available in addition to the online documentation provided with iDecide. If you already own iDecide, you can order the User's Guide from our partner ondemandmanuals.com by clicking here. If you do not own it yet, there is an option to purchase the User's Guide when you make your purchase.

4. What is included in the iDecide support plan?
|
|
As a supported user you receive unlimited telephone support, unlimited access to our anywhere, anytime support web site that includes an extensive database and on-line chat, and finally, free updates and major upgrades. The annual support plans can be purchased when you order iDecide. The prices for the support plans are listed above.

6. What are the differences between the editions?
|
|
The Professional edition is the most complete and supports the largest, most complex models. If you're serious about decision/risk analysis then this is the edition for you.
The Personal edition has almost all of the same features as the Professional Edition except that it limits the size of the models to 500 nodes (this is still a complex model). There are other similar differences in the examples, submodels and graphs but the main reason to choose this edition is lower model complexity and the much cheaper price.
The Portfolio edition is identical to the Professional edition except that it can only open existing models and does not allow you to change the structure of the model. You are able to change the data points but not how the nodes influence each other. This edition is free and it is used to distribute expert knowledge. Build a model that represents a decision process and then distribute that model ino the field.

8. I just purchased your product. How do I activate the full product?
|

Thanks so much for your order! We really appreciate your business. Below are the 3 steps you need to follow to get your product activated or unlocked.
1) Download/Install product. If you already have a demonstration copy running on your system then you can skip this step. If not, please download the software from
Once it is completely downloaded, run the resulting file to install the software.
2) Send Registration Number. Launch the newly installed program. Your registration nummber will appear on the splash screen. Right click on the value to copy to the clipboard and send it to support@decisivetools.com.
3) Enter Unlock Code. We'll return to you the corresponding Unlock Code. Enter it on the registration screen and you product will be fully enabled.
